Email us at support@motiofy.ai. We aim to send an initial response within two business days. Complex technical, billing, or privacy requests may take longer to resolve, but we will keep you informed.
If you have a Motiofy account, the fastest way to keep product or account support organised is to sign in and open Support Tickets. You can return to the same ticket to follow replies.
Product and account support
For generation issues, account access, saved creations, or product questions, use a support ticket or contact our support team from the address connected to your Motiofy account.
Please include:
- a short description of what you were trying to do;
- what happened and what you expected instead;
- the approximate date and time of the issue; and
- screenshots when they help explain the problem.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, API secrets, or other sensitive credentials.
Billing and refunds
For a billing question or eligible refund request, contact our support team from your account email. Include the purchase date and enough payment information for us to identify the transaction, but never send a full card number or security code.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Terms of Service.
Privacy and security
For a privacy-rights request or a concern about how your information is handled, contact our support team. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You can review the details in our Privacy Policy.
If you believe you have found a security issue, describe the affected page or feature and the potential impact. Please do not access, modify, or share another person's data while investigating it.
