How do the free signup Credits work?

How do Motiofy Credits work?

Each model and output setting has a clear Credit cost. Motiofy shows the estimated cost before you generate, then deducts Credits when the task is accepted. Image costs vary by model, resolution, quality, and output count; video costs vary by model, duration, resolution, and other supported options.

When do monthly and yearly Credits expire?

Monthly subscription Credits remain available until the end of the current monthly billing period. Yearly plans are billed once per year, and their Credits expire at the end of the annual billing period. Unused Credits do not carry into the next subscription period.

Which Motiofy plan should I choose?

Choose Starter for occasional creation with video output up to 720p. Creator adds video output up to 4K, three concurrent generations, early access, and a support response within 24 hours. Pro keeps 4K output, raises concurrency to ten, and adds priority support and feature-request consideration for higher-volume production.

Does every video model support 4K?

Accepted Answer

No. Creator and Pro can use resolutions up to 4K, but the available output settings still depend on what each model supports. Starter is limited to video output up to 720p.

What payment methods do you accept?

Motiofy uses Stripe for secure checkout and accepts supported credit and debit cards. Apple Pay and Google Pay may also be available depending on your device and region.

Question 7

Can I cancel my Motiofy subscription at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel your subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not remove already issued Credits early; remaining Credits stay available until their original expiry date. Your account returns to the Free plan after the paid billing period ends, subject to the models and settings available on Free.
